1. Subprocessors
These process personal data on behalf of our customers, under the DPA.

2. Other suppliers who process personal data we control
These do not process customer personal data under the DPA. They are listed for transparency.

3. Data location
All personal data we receive from a customer's environment is stored exclusively within the EU/EEA and is not accessed from outside it. Should that change, we will give at least thirty days' notice, update this page, and put the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place first.
4. Changes and contact
We give at least thirty days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Customers may object during that period on reasonable, documented data protection grounds; the procedure and remedy are in Section 7.3 of the DPA. To be notified of changes, email info@skeptiva.com and ask to be added to the subprocessor notification list.
